Lecture on Accumulator System Technology (MET)
The lecture “Accumulator System Technology” introduces you to various types of rechargeable batteries and their fields of application. A great part of the lecture will teach you the structure and electro-chemical processes of a galvanic cell. Over the course of the lecture, fundamental experiments and sample calculations oriented towards the real world will bring you even closer to the topic.
Lecture in Optics (BET)
During the lecture “Optics”, students will learn about light from its physical point of view (wave-particle duality) and how to apply state-of-the-art technology. In addition, topics of this lecture include geometrical optics, imaging components, light sources and receptors, and further optical effects. Optical fibre and projectors serve as practical examples to apply and deepen knowledge on the topic.
